My current rate is $175 for a 50 minute session.

If you carry insurance, you may want to contact your insurer to ask about your out-of-network benefit. If you have an out-of-network benefit, I will happily supply you with an invoice so you can submit a claim.

Hint: Make sure to ask your insurer if your out-of-network benefit requires a deductible
